All that's left to do now is post the Instagram Story as usual, and it will have the track playing in the background. Once a song has been selected, use the slider to choose the 15-second clip that will play over the Story, and tap on ' Done' to add the song.
The search field at the top of the screen can be used to search for a particular track. To do that, tap on the " +" sign in the top-right corner or the IG home screen and select ' Story.' Now add an existing image from the gallery or snap a photo and then either hit the sticker symbol at the top of the screen or swipe up from the bottom and tap on ' Music.' On the next screen, a plethora of options will be available to add as music tracks. To add music to an Instagram Story, first select the photo or video to post as a Story.
